  • We recommend booking wedding floral services 9–12 months in advance, especially for dates between April and October.

    For events and Flower Cart experiences, we suggest booking at least 4–6 weeks prior to ensure availability and allow time to source flowers that suit your vision.

    For business and brand florals, we highly recommend ordering at least 3-5 days in advance to ensure the highest quality florals and availability.

  • For weddings, we do not require a set minimum, though most couples invest $4K-$8K for full-service floral design. We also offer à la carte options for personal florals only such as bouquets and boutonnieres.

    Event floral services vary based on scale, with an average investment of $500–$4,000.

    Flower Cart Bouquet Bar packages begin at $650, with pricing dependent on guest count, event location, and duration.

    Business and brand floral arrangements range from $250 - $2,000+, depending on the size, quantity, and delivery location. 

  • After receiving your wedding inquiry, we’ll reach out within 24–48 hours to discuss your vision in more detail. From there, we create a custom proposal with a curated color palette, mood board, and pricing tailored to your needs.

    We offer a 2–3 week date hold while you review your proposal. Your date is confirmed once the contract is signed and the deposit is received.

    Throughout the wedding planning process, we remain available for any updates or questions. One month before your wedding, we’ll confirm all final details and prepare your final invoice.

    Booking for events and Flower Cart services follows the same structure, with a tailored estimate provided prior to sending your contract and invoice.

    Business and brand floral arrangements are available by request and must be placed at least 3-5 days in advance to ensure availability and the highest quality florals. Full payment is required at the time of ordering to secure your delivery date and time. 

  • Yes. For weddings and events, a 20% nonrefundable deposit, along with a signed contract, is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due one month before your event.

    For the Flower Cart Bouquet Bar, a 50% nonrefundable deposit and signed contract is required, with the remaining balance due 1–2 weeks prior to your event.

    For business and brand floral arrangements, full payment is required at the time of ordering to secure your delivery date and time.

  • Absolutely! We will always do our best to accommodate your preferred flower varieties and colors. Because flowers are seasonal and availability can vary, substitutions may be necessary,  but we will always select blooms that honor your palette and overall vision.

    For weddings, we offer complimentary digital mockups and optional paid physical mockups to ensure we’re aligned on style and color before your big day.

  • Yes, we love helping your florals do double duty! We offer a repurposing service for ceremony florals, which includes our team staying on-site and completing the transition within your event timeline. This service is billed as a repurposing fee to cover time and labor.

  • Yes, we provide delivery and full setup for all weddings and events, with optional teardown available.

    Teardown is required for larger installations or any design that includes rental items to ensure everything is removed safely and returned on schedule. Pricing varies based on the size and complexity of your floral designs.

  • Yes, we offer a selection of vases, candles, and other rental items. Most weddings and events include rental vases unless specific quantities are requested for purchase, which may incur an additional cost.

    If you’d like guests to take home arrangements, we can design them in tray liners so rental vases can be collected at the end of the night.

    We also offer a curated assortment of pillar, taper, and votive candle rentals. After booking, we source all rental items and provide detailed pricing for renting, setup, and breakdown.

  • Because flowers are natural and subject to seasonality and market availability, specific varieties cannot be guaranteed. If a bloom becomes unavailable, we will source a beautiful alternative that maintains the same style, color, and overall aesthetic of your vision.

  • Flower Cart Bouquet Bar packages begin at $650, with final pricing based on guest count, event location, and service duration.

    Every Flower Cart experience includes:

    • A curated selection of flowers in a color palette tailored to your event

    • A dedicated floral assistant to guide guests and wrap bouquets

    • Paper and ribbon for bouquet wrapping (with optional upgrades)

    • Customization options at an additional cost, including branded stickers and logo placement on the cart for a cohesive, elevated experience
